Quality Control

Quality assurance (QA) is an important part of our company to ensure that our moulds are in good quality and functional to standard requirements.

Visual inspection

- Machine operators will check every point of mould in the moment they are produced from our machine by using parameters to make sure all the dimension is correct and without any damage.
- Mould pass to QC to checking the drill holes quantity and size are correct, polishing condition, coating condition and dimension of mould.

Forming Testing

- Mould pass to forming department to forming out a few sample to test mould locking, stacking and undercut area to ensure they are functional. Besides, we also testing the mould are available to fitting by customer use material.
- Provided customer several quantity of sample forming of their mould to save their time to forming themselves.
